Trendy Carpets & Flooring supplied and fitted this Fibre Herringbone Chalk stair runner at a home in Quinton, Birmingham. The light herringbone pattern is framed by black binding, with Homepride Antique stair rods completing the look.
Herringbone stair runner with black edging
The runner follows the staircase while leaving the white stair edges visible on either side. Its black border contrasts with the Chalk carpet and coordinates with the dark handrail and newel post.
Stair rods add a decorative finish across the steps. The photo shows the fitted runner and its herringbone texture.
